Working Professionally​ Module
This module provides support workers with an understanding of how to work professionally in the delivery of support services. Play through realistic scenarios supporting diverse clients to identify behaviour and interactions which may cross over professional boundaries, and learn how to balance supporting a client’s choice and control with professional obligations.
